Returns

We want you to love your Haddad’s gear! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    •    Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
    •    Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
    •    Accompanied by proof of purchase

If you’d like to return your sweatshirt (or any other item) for any reason, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit via email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Mugs

If your mug arrives damaged, please email: haddads@haddadsinc.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll send you a replacement mug at no additional charge.
